Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

OUR POLICY:


We want you to be happy with your purchase. In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel before sending back the product/s.

Parcels will only be accepted if:
Products are returned in original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as it was posted. Items must be without any signs of wear. The tags on the items must be attached.

Items will be replaced if damaged during postage. Replacement item will be posted upon Suzi's Jewellery & Accessories receiving damaged goods returned and after passing inspection by the Quality Control Department for signs of tampering and/or wear. In this case the cost of return postage will be credited to customer.

Suzi's Jewellery & Accessories stocks limited available items and also 'one-of-a-kind' pieces. If items are unavailable for any reason, the exact item could be out of stock and therefore not available. In this situation a store credit will be offered to the customer and in some circumstances (at Suzi's Jewellery & Accessories discretion) a refund will be given.
Refunds must be requested by email within 24 hours of receiving goods. Don't send goods back until confirmed by Suzi's Jewellery & Accessories) first.

SALE ITEMS
No refund, return or exchange on any sale items. This is unless items are damaged during postage. (please see point 2 of refund, return & exchange Policies)
When seeking to return or exchange any goods the customer must pay for the return postage. This includes goods purchased with a free postage promotion.

EARRINGS & BODY JEWELLERY
Suzi's Jewellery & Accessories does not accept refunds, return or exchanges on earrings & body jewellery due to health reasons and regulations. This is unless items are damaged during postage. (please see point 2 of refund & return Policies)

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Return shipping
The customer is responsible for the transit of the parcel back to our office. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
